The slot body & the over-flow slot is made of steel board.The lower bearing of the original slotted ore-washing machine is easily to be damaged because the sand is easily to come into the bearing. And for the new designed slotted ore-washing machine, the lower bearing has been changed into packing water lute to solve the problem of the damage and length the service life.The process of the slotted ore-washing machine is as follows: pulp enter the machine from the water lute and the mud pie & ore granularities mixed with mud will be rubbed, scrubbed, and washed by the blades & the high-pressing water from the slot up-side. Tjhe mud and the ore will be separated. The pulp and the coarse material move  reversely. So the mud washed will be discharged from the lower end of the over-flow slot while the coarse material will be pulled into the sand riffler by the blade.The production experience proves: slotted ore-washing machine is much suitable to deal with ore with little big blocks and much mud hard-to-wash ore for its rubbing, scrubbing ability making it high efficiency for the small mud ore while its feeding size limited.
